The project aims at the development of vocational training for social economy managers.
Objectives
- Analyse and compare the impact of the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) in different European countries in order to profile skills with a focus on the disability sector.
- Involve SSE actors by formalising a common European training dimension.
- Strengthen managers' competences by developing in the partner countries a professional path through a pilot training for SSE managers in Europe, in connection with training institutions working in the field of SSE. The richness of the project lies above all in the construction of a transnational European vision of issues and priorities in the field of SSE and disability.
- Laying the foundations for a European recognition of the training realised.
